Schedule a Consultation

Scheduling a consultation is the first step toward solving your dog's behavior and training challenges. We offer several consultation options to fit your needs, including free phone consultations, video consultations, in facility consultations, and in home consultations.

Free Phone Consultation

Your free phone consultation is scheduled with one of our Customer Care Specialists. During this call, we'll answer your initial questions, learn about your dog's needs, and help determine how we can best assist you. It's a great opportunity to gather information, understand your options, and prepare for an in depth consultation with one of our trainers.

In Person Consultation

Your in person consultation is conducted with one of our professional trainers. During this 45-60 minute meeting, we'll discuss the behaviors you're experiencing, your short and long term training goals, and your dog's history. We'll explain our training programs, answer your questions, and recommend the program that best fits your needs.

This consultation also gives your trainer the opportunity to begin evaluating your dog's behavior, identify the root causes of any challenges, and provide guidance to help you get started on the path to success.

Facility consults are done in person at our training facility located at 1384 N Leroy St. Fenton, MI 48430. We’re in the Fenton Town Center plaza, between VG’s and Powerhouse.

Video consults can be done from the convenience of your location, wherever that may be! These can be done using Zoom, and we typically ask clients to video the dog’s behavior and send it in prior to the scheduled consult (20-30 seconds is plenty!).

In home consults are limited, and restrictions apply. These consults are restricted by location and behavior concern, and must be scheduled by calling our mainline at 248-733-3776.

Consults can be rescheduled if given more than 24 hours notice. If your appointment is not rescheduled within 24 hours, your appointment fee is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding!
