Scheduling your consultation is the first step to getting the problems fixed. We offer the option of video consults, in facility consults, and in home consults.

The consultation gives us an opportunity to speak with you to discuss the behaviors that you're experiencing, your goals with training both short term and long term, explain our program, and make a recommendation based on the consult. Our meeting generally lasts about 45-60 minutes, and is a great opportunity for the trainer to begin to pick apart your behavior concerns and get your on the right track.

Facility consults are done in person at our training facility located at 4640 W Grand River, Howell.

Video consults can be done from the convenience of your location, wherever that may be! These can be done using Zoom, and we typically ask clients to video the dog’s behavior and send it in prior to the scheduled consult (20-30 seconds is plenty!).

In home consults are limited, and restrictions apply. These consults are restricted by location and behavior concern, and must be scheduled by calling our mainline at 248-733-3776.

Consults can be rescheduled if given more than 24 hours notice. If your appointment is not rescheduled within 24 hours, your appointment fee is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding!
